Guaranteed at least to be a pleasant surrealistic picnic in Alice's wonder land, music contained in this album skirts on the fringe somewhere between molecular disintegration and otherworldly travel.

I have always loved classical music. In art college I had the good fortune of taking a music appreciation class that was only offered the one semester. Much of the class centered around introducing us to world music and newer classical works such as Rothko Chapel by Morton Feldman, Edgar Varese's Poem Electronic, Pierre Schaeffer's Music Concrete, Karlheinz Stockhausen's pointillism electronics and John Cage's Indeterminancies.

It opened up a brand new world of music for me and I started experimenting with the ideas I heard in those recordings. Like the music that inspired it, this collection of wonderful sonic oddities, hovers in three dimensional space, like some crazed Cheshire cat.

Much of this album contains the sketches for pieces that go back to between 1989 - 1992. The initial seed of the ideas done on a cassette 4 track. For me they were little oddities that I would listen to now and again and found myself enjoying but were just snippets of things, neither fully realized or completed. In many ways these helped the development for what I would do later with Ma Ja Le' and Guitartronics. Fast forward to 2014, with digital technology I was able to clean up the recordings and add new overdubs to finish this work.

This collection is an homage to the classical composers and professor Richard Falk that inspired it.
